We do our very best to fit clients in where possible however we do have a busy diary so cannot always get our clients in at their preferred time. As such we ask our clients to be mindful of this when booking and changing appointments.


Due to the number of last minute cancellations all bookings now require a non-refundable 25% booking fee to secure the appointment. The cost of this will be deducted from your treatment price on attendance of your appointment, in the event you fail to attend your appointment this will be retained by the company to cover incurred costs.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations/Amendments to Appointmentscalendar

Clients who wish to change or cancel appointments are requested to provide at least 48 hours notice, if we do not receive this we will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee. If this happens on more than one occasion you will need to prepay in full for any treatments.

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, late arrival may limit out ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Whilst we will endeavor to fulfill your appointment we regret that we may need to reduce the treatment time if you arrive late or, if you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to treat appointment as cancelled.

  • We may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late for several appointments.
  • We reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to Client lateness.
